Payment Cycle & Order Execution

Merchants have 12 days from the order receipt date to capture payment. For future deliveries, early capture is allowed with customer consent. Orders not captured in this timeframe are excluded from payout.

All captured orders before Thursday midnight IST are processed on Friday with payouts in the following week.

Modes of Payment

Option A: Direct Bank Deposit

Mumbai cheque deposit into accounts at supported banks:

Option B: Citibank At-Par Cheque

Local cheques couriered on Friday, reaching you by Monday or Tuesday.

Minimum Balance Requirement

A minimum balance of Rs. 1000 is held in your account upon activation. All earnings above this threshold are automatically transferred to your chosen bank account.

Pricing and Types of Schemes

Merchant Account Payment Gateway Solutions

We accept online payments for e-merchants via two independent options:

a) Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Citibank E-Cards. These can be issued anywhere in the world.

📦 Economy Scheme: Merchant receives Rs 93 per Rs 100 transacted.
💎 Premium Scheme: Merchant receives Rs 95 per Rs 100 transacted.

No additional fees are payable by the merchant in either case.

b) Direct Debit from Indian Bank Accounts

We currently support direct debit from:
HDFC Bank, Citibank, ICICI Infinity, UTI iConnect, IDBI, and Centurion Bank. Customers can pay merchants directly using their online bank accounts.

All merchants receive Rs 96 per Rs 100 transaction—regardless of scheme.

No extra fees apply to either economy or premium merchants.

Note: Credit card and direct debit payments are treated as separate transactions and are not clubbed. To receive payouts, merchants must “capture” the transaction via their CCAvenue dashboard by marking it as “shipped” or “executed.”
